The meeting is reserved to a limited number of participants.

The registration fee is €350,00

It includes:

• conference bag and material
• welcome reception on Wednesday May 21
• coffee breaks
• conference lunches.
• transfer from/to Genoa airport or railway station

It does not include:

• Gala and other dinners for participants or companions
• hotel accommodation
• travel expenses.

In order to participate to the event you have to:

• fill out the registration form you can find following the link below, by May, 10
• pay the registration fee
• choose (optionally) to sign-up for Gala Dinner (see below) and transfer service (free).

By submitting the form and paying, your registration is completed with the exception of
specific decisions of the Meeting Secretariat. Incomplete registration will NOT be admitted.

If the participants minimum number is not reached, Accademia Nazionale di Medicina will
advise with a written communication and proceed with the total refund of the fee.

If a cancellation is made, please advise with a written communication to Accademia
Nazionale di Medicina not later than May, 15. 70% of the registration fee will be returned.
Any cancellation after the deadline will not be reimbursed.

On May 23rd, a Gala Dinner will be organized at Villa Durazzo at € 60,00 per person.
Transportation to the restaurant will be provided.
